We prioritize technical inquiries and partnership scoping over general marketing offers. If your communication concerns application stability, frame-rate issues on specific hardware, or API integration, mark it as 'Technical' to be routed to our performance lead. High-traffic weekends in Germany (tournaments or launch windows) may extend response times slightly as we prioritize server uptime.
Constraint: We do not offer 24/7 telephonic support. Deep engineering work requires focused, deep-work sessions.
