[SECTION_REF]: BV-TERM-UX
[ENFORCEMENT]: STRICT
[JURISDICTION]: GERMANY (DE)
By accessing basevera.online or any of our mobile applications, you enter into a binding agreement with BaseVera. We do not provide "casual" contracts; our terms are built to protect the latency integrity and hardware safety of the entire community.
Access Constraints
Users must be at least 18 years of age. Given the technical complexity of our applications, specifically those utilizing high-performance API calls and Vulkan shaders, we require users to utilize hardware that meets our minimum stability scores. Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering of APKs, or packet-loss manipulation to gain competitive advantages is strictly prohibited.
The BaseVera Lexicon
"The Architecture"
Refers to our proprietary backend infrastructure located at DE-CIX and related CDN nodes.
"Latency Advantage"
Any artificial manipulation of ping or jitter to bypass game logic timers.
"Firmware Lock"
Our right to restrict access to devices with compromised security roots (Jailbreak/Root).
"Asset Integrity"
The legally protected visual and code-based elements of our mobile ecosystem.
We reserve the right to terminate access instantly if we detect unauthorized hardware-level modifications. Efficiency is our north star; any activity that degrades the tops-per-watt efficiency of our servers for other users is considered a breach of service.
Asset
Ownership.
Everything you see—from the specific brass-toned hex codes of the UI to the low-latency networking logic—is the intellectual property of BaseVera. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use these tools, not to own them.
Software Licensing
Our apps are licensed, not sold. Modification of the binary code is a direct violation of international copyright law and German digital protocols.
Trademark Integrity
The "BaseVera" name, logo, and the Architecture Grid layout are registered trademarks. Mimicry for phishing or unofficial mirrors will be met with immediate legal action.

Risk & Performance
Operational Assumptions
- /01 We assume your device is running official, un-modded Android/iOS firmware.
- /02 We assume a stable 4G/5G or Fiber connection; we do not compensate for packet loss due to provider failure.
- /03 What would change this: A global shift in Vulkan API standardization or a mandate from the European Data Residency board.
"BaseVera's infrastructure is built for sub-20ms latency. Users who attempt to bridge our API through unsecured VPNs do so at their own risk of account suspension for metadata inconsistency."
— Head of Backend Engineering, BaseVera
Technical Trade-offs
Max Fidelity vs. Battery Life
Enabling Ultra-Settings increases frame rate stability but may induce thermal throttling on mid-range chipsets. Mitigation: Use "Auto-Scale" mode in settings.
Encryption vs. Latency
Our 256-bit protocol adds approximately 1.2ms to every request to ensure data safety. Mitigation: No mitigation; security is non-negotiable.
Regional Sync vs. Ping
Connecting to global partners may increase ping. Mitigation: Defaulting users to Berlin-based DE-CIX nodes.
Legal Disclaimer
BaseVera provides its website and applications on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that service will be 100% uninterrupted. Liability for damages is limited to the maximum extent permitted by German Law (BGB). Substantial downtime is recorded in our Stability Scoreboard, available to partners.
NO
VOID
CLAIM.
Limitation of Service Guarantee
BaseVera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service. This includes hardware degradation due to overclocking or prolonged high-refresh-rate sessions beyond manufacturer recommendations. Our responsibility stops at the application layer.
Governance & Contact
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Use of this site implies consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin for any dispute arising out of these terms.
Modifications
We update these terms as the Vulkan API and mobile hardware standards evolve. Continued use of BaseVera applications after updates constitutes acceptance of the new framework.
